A company’s administrator account can be set up by signing up through our web portal. Once registered, the administrator logs into the UC Portal and creates user accounts for colleagues by entering their email addresses and, optionally, their phone numbers. Each user receives a welcome email with their login credentials, allowing them to access the UC Portal. If the administrator includes a user’s phone number, they will also receive an SMS containing a download link for the app and a provisioning code. The user can then download the app and start using it right away.
